This is an exceptionally rare find, firstly if you are not familiar with stacking bookcases each section can be removed or added to suit your needs, you can see the bookcases all perfectly in line but if you had a smaller space to fit them you simply remove one section, if you dont need or want the drawers or desk piece just take it out, if you want them for under a staircase in a sloping formation then away you go, that is the wonder of these pieces, it takes a few minutes only and your done. These bookcases were made for solicitors offices, I have never in all my time seen the drawers as part of the set and only ever seen one other desk bureau, also they are usually in a lighter brown colour, to find this almost Jacobean brown is again very rare. Width:- 87cm, total width 261cm. Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask. This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses SW19-3BE, we can have it delivered nationwide to include Scotland Wales and Ireland.

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
