Art Deco 1920's Burr Walnut Double Bed Frame. An Art Deco, burr walnut double bed frame, Circa 1920. This attractive bedframe features burr walnut head and foot boards. Attached to a solid Vono branded steel frame on adjustable legs and large castors. The foot board end has faux short cabriole legs, though the legs on the steel frame are actually are the load bearers. Both boards are constructed in solid timber with walnut veneers. The entire bed dissembles into 4 parts, the two ends and two steel L-shaped bearers, with. The height of the legs is adjustable. The frame only requires a 5/8 bit or spanner for assembling, as does adjusting the leg height. Suitable for a standard double mattress 190 by 135 cm.

There is no base or slats with the frame. This bedframe measures approximately 125. Tall at the head rest and 138.

Wide, which is the widest point. Between the head and foot ends measures approximately 191. The total length of the bed frame measures approximately 202. Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. This bedframe is in a very good condition commensurate with its age, and is structurally very sound and sturdy.

Some very small odd minor marks. No base or slats supplied. All fully functional and working, very serviceable and ready to use. As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
