We have cleaned waxed and polished the timber from top to bottom, it is approximately 160-180 years and will have a period timber patina, the glass from what I can see is all original however most likely the odd piece has been replaced over the years. I have looked at each piece and there are a few hundred, I can see one tiny crack in one piece which is so small I have left it as it is however it can be replaced should the new owner wish, otherwise it is perfect. The cabinet dismantles in to three main pieces, the base, the top and then the cornice trim at the very top. Height:- 237cm base section alone 108cm, top section alone 129cm.
