Designer: Danish Art Deco Design. Material: Velour upholstery with Beech wood frame. Maximum Dimensions: Width 79cm, Depth 87cm, Height 87cm and Seat Height 43cm.

Condition: Very Good with some small signs of wear, most notable rubbing to the braiding around the outer edges of the chair, and also to the tops of the arms from general use (see images). Description: A very elegant Danish original Art Deco club chair. Please note there are two of these identical club chairs available, the price shown is for one chair. The chair is upholstered in a pale Gold coloured Velour, featuring a striped pattern.

The seat back is shaped and curved, with subtle piping creating a ribbed detail to the backrest, and highlighting the edges of the chair. Like the majority of all Deco pieces, the chair is heavily sprung to the seat base, and is raised upon a sturdy Beech wood frame. The chair is then finished off at the base with two turned bulbous Beech feet to the front, and plain tapering legs to the rear. All items are for sale elsewhere, so may be removed at any time. Viewing is welcome by appointment at our Nottinghamshire Showroom.
