A very good looking and well made piece, very rare to find in original Kilim upholstery, this is a Howard model however its not stamped Howard & Sons, Ive had it once before stamped Howard & Sons and its totally the same, the curved base line, carved turned front legs stub back, the castors on this chair have been replaced, most likely they were removed and.

As they are very valuable on their own. The castors on this one are stamped to the front Cope & Collingson who were the only company Howard trusted to make castors for them as they mirrored Howards exact. It is still a very very desirable model with exceptionally rare upholstery. We have lightly cleaned waxed and polished the walnut frame, the upholstery being original Kilim is very hard wearing and in fine order throughout.
