After the paint is applied to the product surfaces, 2 layers (filling and topcoat) hard traffic polish are applied. PRODUCT FEATURES: -The product in the image is light walnut color, the edges are wavy and the product surface is veined.

The thickness of the table is 4-4.5 cm. Our solid dining and meeting table product is completely handcrafted and made of solid natural wood.

The wooden table of the product is made of fir wood, originating from Ilgaz Mountain, combining 5cm10cm trees. The solid parts of the product are burned in ovens at 400 degrees, the solid wood parts are purified from their soft textures, and the product surface is formed into a veined shape. Thus, it becomes a much more robust and long-lasting solid material. Water-based wood colorant and water-based matte varnish are applied to the wooden surfaces of the product. The metal parts of the product are finished with an industrial matte black paint application.

THINGS TO KNOW: -In our products, 1st and 2nd class Ilgaz Mountain origin, fir wood baked in conventional kilns, and Lama (wiping) iron or profile iron is used in the legs and other metal parts. Water-based coloring paint and high traffic matte varnish are used in the solid wood parts of our products. The solid woods used in our products are impregnated against all kinds of external factors and deformations (mildew, worming, UV rays). In some parts of our solid wood products, especially tables, coffee tables, etc. No vein removal or polishing is done on the bottom surfaces of our products in order to avoid future problems such as cracking, splitting, warping and shrinkage.

Product dimensions may differ +- 2cm-3cm. The aging and preservation technique applied in order to keep the wooden surfaces used abroad for a long time without wearing out is applied on the solid wooden parts of our products. In addition to its long life, it provides 50-80 years of life. The solid woods used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards and provide a high level of protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future.
